State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Joseph Nagel, age 23, for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st degree, a Misdemeanor.
State Police at Ellenville were dispatched for intoxicated persons in the roadway. Upon arrival State Police found Joseph Nagel from the state of Michigan and a seventeen year old minor intoxicated. After further investigation State Police learned that Joseph Nagel purchased alcohol and provided it to the minor.
Joseph Nagel was arrested for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st, and arraigned in the Village of Ellenville Court before Village Justice Harvey Levine. Joseph Nagel was remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $200.00 cash bail or $400.00 secured bond and ordered to return to the Town of Wawarsing Court on July 10, 2015 at 8:30am.
