Connecticut woman arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

North East, New York – On June 21, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested Nicole J. Lorenzo, 24 years old, of Salisbury, Connecticut, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on the vehicle Lorenzo was driving after they witnessed her turn onto North Center Street in Millerton without a directional signal.  While speaking with Lorenzo, Troopers noted clues that indicated she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Lorenzo provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of North East Court on July 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
