Connecticut man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

North East, New York – On June 21, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested Alejandro S. Pandolfo, 22 years old, of Torrington, Connecticut, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Pandolfo was operating on Route 22 after observing the vehicle cross over the center line of the roadway. While interviewing Pandolfo, Troopers noted clues that indicated he was intoxicated.
Pandolfo provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .12% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of North East Court on July 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
