| Man wanted in violent assault in Holmes | |
Pawling – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man wanted in connection with an assault early Thursday afternoon at Sanita Drive in Holmes. Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a residence on Sanita Drive in Holmes for a report of an assault and found a man had been struck on the head with a large socket wrench. The suspect, identified as Luke Gilvey, 35, of Beekman, fled the scene toward Route 292 in a red 2011 Honda Odyssey.
