LaGrange, New York – On June 17, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Brian J. Pine, 45 years old, of Beekman, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class D Felony.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Pine was operating on Noxon Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel.  While conducting an interview of Pine, they detected clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

A criminal history revealed that Pine had two previous DWI related convictions, both from 2008.  This arrest makes a total of 5 DWI related charges for Pine since 1998.

Pine was arraigned before the Town of LaGrange Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.  He is due to return to Court on June 23, 2015 at 4:30 p.m.
