State Police Wurtsboro Arrest Bloomingburg Man for Assault and Resisting Arrest

Saturday June 13^th, 2015 Wurtsboro Troopers arrested a Bloomingburg man for Assault, Resisting Arrest and other charges stemming from a domestic incident investigation.

Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a Sullivan County 911 poll for a domestic dispute in Bloomingburg on Saturday night.  Upon investigation by Troopers it was determined that Justin Morgan, of Bloomingburg, got into a verbal dispute with his girlfriend which turned physical.  Morgan was arrested and transported to SP Wurtsboro for processing. Morgan was charged with Assault 3^rd, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.  Morgan was arraigned in Town of Mamakating Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail.
