Numerous arrests made during The Mountain Jam Music Festival at Hunter Mountain

The New York State Police and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department report the arrests of numerous subjects during The Mountain Jam Music Festival at Hunter Mountain.

The following subjects were arrested during the four day event that occurred this past weekend:

For the charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, a Class AII Felony:
Ryan Cool, age 23 of Philadelphia, Pa

For charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, a Class B Felony:
Justin Stickels, age 25 of Brighton, Ma.
Christopher Brown, 27 of Hyde Park, N.Y.

For charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, a Class D Felony:
Jack Passauer, age 21 of Port Washington, N.Y.

For charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, a Class A Misdemeanor:
Austin Bullock, age 22 of Arlington, Ma.
Susan Rice, age 28 of Albany, N.Y.
Collin Kocik, age 18 of Apalachin, N.Y.
Anthony Santucci, age 34 of Binghampton, N.Y.
Nicholas Hughes, age 30 of Niverville, N.Y.
Robert Winter, age 23 of Darien, Ct.
Emil Klopp, age16 of Haines Falls, N.Y.
John Darsinos, age63 of Niskayuna, N.Y.
Kevin Rosenberg, age 27 of Bethel, Me.
Steven Mcdonough, age 44 of Tarpon Springs, Fl.
Elizabeth Sadoyan, age 45 of Fort Lee, N.J.
Marie Ratchford, age 56 of New Paltz, N.Y.
Jeremy Smith, age 31 of Oneonta, N.Y.
Ian Solon, age 29 of Massapequa Park, N.Y.
Nathan Willetts, age 33 of Cumberland, Ma.
Anthony Piazza, age 54 of Cumberland, Md.

For charges of Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th, a Class B Misdemeanor:
Patrick Reardon, age 21 of Port Washington, N.Y.
Andrew Bellimore, age 28 of Levant, Me.

There were also 23 additional subjects charged with the Violation of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.

The following arrests were made for Driving While Intoxicated:

Marie Ratchford, age 56 of New Paltz, N.Y.
Francesco Vigilante, age 47 of Cornwallville, N.Y.
Stephanie Montville, age 26 of Tannersville, N.Y.
Robert Parslow, age 56 of Tannersville, N.Y.
Craig Miller, age 48 of Catskill, N.Y.
Andrew Wolny, age 53 of Tannersville, N.Y.
Dominick Vitia, age 30 of West Hartford, N.Y.
Lisa Porcelli, age 51 of Troy, N.Y.
John Watson, age 52 of Mohegan Lake, N.Y.
Dana Dehart, age 27 of Stamford, N.Y.
Victor Camacho, age 27 of Mahopac, N.Y

The above listed defendants were all processed and either posted bail, were issued appearance tickets or were remanded to the Greene County Jail. The Greene County District Attorney’s Office and both Town of Hunter Justices, James Volker and William Simon were utilized during the event.
