On June 3rd, 2015, the New York State Police Haverstraw BCI in conjunction with the Troop F Computer Crime Unit arrested Oscar Javier Pedrote-Guzman, a 37 year old male from Haverstraw following an investigation into Internet Child Pornography. Pedrote-
Guzman was charged with Possessing a sexual performance by a child and issued an appearance ticket to the Village of Haverstraw Court for June 10, 2015.
