THE TOWN OF LLOYD POLICE REPORTS THE ARREST OF THE FOLLOWING:
REBECCA L. DIETERICH age: 26 Dover, NY
Dieterich was arrested May 29th and charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree and felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell. She was found in possession of over 100 decks of heroin. She also was wanted on a bench warrant for Petit Larceny from the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department. Dieterich was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Rizzo and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 03, 2015.
