Newburgh Woman Arrested for Grand Larceny

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police announce the arrest of Patricia A. Pompilio, age 64, of Newburgh, NY for Grand Larceny 3rd, a class D Felony and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, a class E Felony.

The investigation revealed that Mrs. Pompilio did steal over $16,000 in unemployment benefits from the New York State Department of Labor while she was gainfully employed.

The State Police in conjunction with the New York State Department of Labor conducted the investigation and subsequently arrested Mrs. Pompilio.

Mrs. Pompilio was released on her own recognizance and was ordered to appear in the Town of Newburgh Court on June 30, 2015 at 4:00pm before T/J Clarino.
