On December 29, 2023, the deceased victim who jumped from the Bear Mountain Bridge on November 24, 2023, was located by Westchester County Police Department near Steam Boat Dock in the Verplanck area of Cortlandt. The victim was positively identified as Donald W. Baker, age 49, of Scarsdale, NY.
No signs of foul play were detected.
