Hudson Man Arrested For Stolen Gun and Drug Possession
Hudson, New York – On December 5, 2023, the New York State Police in conjunction with the Hudson Police Department arrested Antonio McCalop, age 43, of Hudson, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, all class E felonies.
Subsequent to the execution of a search warrant issued by the Columbia County Court, Investigators discovered a large sum of U.S. currency, a stolen Taurus 9MM handgun, a .22LR caliber AR style rifle, and approximately 50 grams of crack cocaine.
McCalop was remanded to Columbia County Jail without bail.
