Born on June 19, 1953, in Sharon, CT, he was the son of the late Willaim Edgar and Maryjo (Whalen) Bartlett. Mr. Bartlett was a graduate of Webutuck High School and later received a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortlandt. He was an avid baseball fan and a Corvette enthusiast. Mr. Bartlett was a former member of the Mid-Hudson Valley Corvette Club.
Mr. Bartlett is survived by his companion, Elizabeth Ling of Kingston. NY and three children, William Bartlett, Jr. of Troy, NY, Joseph Bartlett of Amenia and Alexis Bartlett of Amenia. He is also survived by a stepson, Chris Altmann of Wassaic, NY. Besides his parents, Mr. Bartlett was predeceased by a brother, Barry Bartlett.
Calling hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. Funeral services will take place during the calling hours at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. R. Kent Wilson officiating.
