The New York State Police along with the Village of Goshen Police Department and the Orange County Child Abuse Unit announce the arrest of David J. Bacucci, age 42 of Purling, New York.

On November 1, 2023, State Police Monroe Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), partnered with the Village of Goshen Police Department, and the Orange County Child Abuse Unit arrested David J. Bacucci after an investigation revealed that he was involved in Endangering the Welfare of Children by attempting to promote their prostitution out of Davey’s Barista located at 146 N. Church Street in the village of Goshen.

Bacucci was charged with Attempting to Promote Prostitution 2nd degree, a felony, and the misdemeanors of Criminal Solicitation 4th degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree. He was arraigned in the City of Middletown Court where he was remanded to Orange County Jail on $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond. He is ordered to appear in the Village of Goshen Court on November 5, 2023, at 2 p.m.
