Pine Plains, New York – The New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks are attempting to identify the pictured individual in regard to a larceny complaint from the Bank of Millbrook on Church Street in Pine Plains.

The individual is alleged to have used a slight of hand technique during a transaction with a bank teller to steal $350.00.
