Rogelio Gonzalez Maldonado, 71, a longtime resident of Millerton, NY passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at his home in Millerton surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Gonzalez was a farmer at McEnroe’s Organic Farm in Millerton, NY for the last 20 years.
Born in Oaxaca, Mexico he was the son of the late Pablo Gonzalez and Ysabel Maldonado. His beloved wife, Leonor Espinosa Ramos survives at home.
He is survived by a son, Rafael Gonzalez of Millerton and a daughter, Christina Gonzalez Espinosa of Oaxaca, Mexico.
Calling hours will be held from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services and burial will take place in Mr. Gonzalez’s home country of Oaxaca, Mexico.
