Giovanni Santucci of Holmes Honored at College of Engineering Senior Awards Ceremony

SPRINGFIELD, MA (06/06/2023)– Giovanni Santucci, of Holmes, NY has been awarded the Biomedical Professional Practice Award at the 2023 College of Engineering Senior Awards Ceremony.

This award is presented to a senior biomedical engineering student who has demonstrated an exceptional understanding of professional engineering practice principles. Examples include outstanding performance on their senior design project, internships, and other extra-curricular activities. Per college requirements, the student must have a minimum of a 3.30 grade point average and has at least 60 Western New England University credits. The award was presented by Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Department Chair, Robert Gettens.

Santucci graduated with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering.
