Assemblyman Anil Beephan Hosts Mobile Office Hours with Central Hudson Gas and Electric
Hopewell Junction, NY: Assemblyman Anil Beephan (R,C, District-105) hosted a successful Mobile Office Hours event with Central Hudson Gas and Electric on April 13, 2023. The event provided dozens of residents from across the district an opportunity to meet with customer service representatives to discuss billing issues.
Over the last year, hundreds of customers in the 105th district experienced billing issues with Central Hudson Gas and Electric following a system-wide upgrade. In response to the concerns raised by constituents, Assemblyman Beephan organized the Mobile Office Hours event to provide residents with direct access to customer service representatives from Central Hudson. The event allowed residents to address their billing issues in person, seek clarifications, and receive assistance resolving any problems.
“I would like to sincerely thank the Central Hudson staff for partnering with my office on this important initiative,” said Assemblyman Beephan. “The Mobile Office Hours event provided a valuable opportunity for residents to discuss their billing concerns face-to-face with customer service representatives from Central Hudson.
