Wappinger, New York – On October 18, 2022, the New York State Police arrested Michael C. Peratikos, age 23, of Wappinger, NY, for Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

After receiving a law enforcement tip, Investigators determined Peratikos possessed child pornography.

Peratikos was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Wappinger Court on November 3, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
