* WHERE…Northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts,
southern Vermont, the Taconics, the Helderbergs, the northern
and eastern Catskills, the Glens Falls and northern Saratoga
region and southern Washington County in eastern New York.
* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS…Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
left uncovered.
