Hudson, New York – On July 5, 2022, the New York State Police and the Hudson Police Department arrested John J. Grandinetti, age 30, of Hudson, in continuation of the joint operation named “Men Outta Business.”  Grandinetti was arrested for Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree, a class B felony, Conspiracy in the 4^th degree, a class E felony, and Conspiracy in the 5^th degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Ongoing investigation, which was first announced by Hudson Police Department in August of 2021, led to the development of evidence of Grandinetti’s illegal activity in the group self-proclaimed as “Men of Business.”

Grandinetti was arraigned before the town of Claverack Court and released on his own recognizance.
