Napanoch man arrested for CPCS 4th, CPCS 7th, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd and UPM

The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Jose Davila, a 48 year old man from Napanoch, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th a Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd, a Misdemeanor’s and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation.
On April 26, 2015 Members of the NYSP at SP Ellenville responded to Ulster Correctional Facility, located at 750 Berme Road, Napanoch, NY 12458 for an Inmate found in possession of contraband.
Investigation revealed Inmate Jose Davila had in his possession approximately six grams of heroin, eight tabs of suboxone labeled “N8” and approximately four grams of marijuana.
Inmate Davila was processed for Controlled Substance 4th , Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Inmate Davila will have to appear in the Town of Wawarsing Court at a date to be determined for arraignment.
