New Lebanon, New York – On April 15, 2022, the New York State Police in New Lebanon in conjunction with the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center arrested Patrick Williams-Batchelder, age 22, of Rensselaer, NY, for Sexual Abuse in the 1^st degree, a class D felony.

Subsequent to a law enforcement tip, investigation determined Williams-Batchelder sexually abused a victim under the age of eleven-years-old.

Williams-Batchelder was arraigned before the town of Claverack court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
