Jane Anne O’Hara, 80, a long-time resident of Pawling, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie.
Born in Poughkeepsie on the 4th of July 1941, she was one of four children born to Alfred P. O’Hara and Muriel A. Sandberg.
Before retiring, Jane was a residential mortgage underwriter for SunTrust Bank in Woodstock, Ga.
Jane loved reading, flowers, birds, cats, and competitive horse events, and was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Pawling; Jane had a beautiful singing voice and sang in the church choir. She was also a very active, long-time member of the DAR (DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION).
Jane is survived by her sister Margaret K. Vodrey (TK) of Los Angeles, CA. and two brothers. Peter J. O’Hara (Barbara) of Poughquag and John E. O’Hara (Lilia) of Pawling.
