TOWN OF LLOYD POLICE REPORT THE ARREST OF THE FOLLOWING:
JUSTIN M. FREDERICKS age: 29
Poughkeepsie, NY
-Fredericks was arrested April 27th and charged with felony Assault 2nd degree, Menacing 2nd degree, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree. Lloyd Police responded to a 911 call of a domestic dispute at a residence in Highland involving a person with a knife that was threating to harm himself and family members. When police arrived Fredericks displayed a knife and threatened police and family members. Police attempted to get the knife away from him and during the struggle a Town of Lloyd Police officer suffered a laceration to his hand. Fredericks was taken into custody and arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 30, 2015. The officer was treated at the scene by Mobil Life Ambulance.
DANIEL A. SCARLETT age: 25
Highland, NY
-Scarlett was arrested April 24th and charged with Assault 3rd degree and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree after police responded to a 911 call for a domestic dispute at a hotel in Highland. Scarlett was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 30, 2015.
JESSICA E. SULLIVAN age: 36
Poughkeepsie, NY
-Sullivan was arrested April 23rd on a bench warrant for Trespass. She was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia and released and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 28, 2015.
CRAIG A. KAWECKI age: 22
Cicero, NY
-Cicero was arrested April 25th and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. He was released on an appearance ticket and due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 26, 2015.
JOSEPH R. KAWECKI age: 32
Cicero, NY
-Kawecki was arrested April 25th and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 26, 2015.
MARISSA L. OAKLEY age: 21
Poughkeepsie, NY
-Oakley was arrested April 26th and on an arrest warrant for Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd degree from the City of Poughkeepsie Police. Oakley was turned over to City of Poughkeepsie Police on the warrant.
GLENN N. ZAICEK age: 27
Highland, NY
-Zaicek was arrested April 24th and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after the vehicle he was operating was stopped on Rt. 44/55 in Highland for traffic violations. Zaicek was also wanted on warrants from the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department and the MTA police. Zaicek was released on $200.00 cash bail and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 28, 2015. Zaicek was turned over the MTA police on the warrant.
TRAVIS J. CUVELIER age: 18
Highland, NY
-Cuvelier was arrested April 26th and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 14, 2015
ALEXANDRA MOYA age: 26
Wappinger Falls, NY
-Moya was arrested April 26th and charged with Assault 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th degree after she was involved in a domestic dispute. She was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia and released and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 07, 2015.
ALBERTINO NOGUEIRA age: 17
Highland, NY
-Nogueira was arrested April 23rd and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree. He is accused of damaging town property at the Berean Park in Highland. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 05, 2015.
Lloyd Police arrested two Highland juveniles ages 15 on April 19th and 23rd and charged them with Criminal Mischief 4th degree .They are accused of causing damage to town property at Berean Park in Highland. Both juveniles were released to parents and are due in Ulster County Family Court in Kingston in May.
