Fishkill woman charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated

Beacon, New York – On April 24, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks charged 25-year-old Kristin W. Lane, of Fishkill, New York, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Lane was operating on Route 52 in the City of Beacon, for tailgating. Lane was arrested by investigating officers when they observed clues that indicated she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Lane provided police with a positive breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of .20%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. She was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the City of Beacon Court on May 4, 2015.
