LaGrange woman charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated

LaGrange, New York – On April 24, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested June C. Kepler, 43 years old, of LaGrange, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class D Felony.
Troopers were dispatched by Dutchess County 911 to a one-car auto accident that occurred on Skidmore Road. When Troopers interviewed Kepler, they observed clues that indicated she was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Kepler was charged with Felony DWI when investigation revealed that she was convicted of DWI in 2008 and again in 2009.
Kepler was arraigned before the Town of LaGrange Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. She is scheduled to return to LaGrange Court on April 30, 2015.
