New Baltimore, NY – On May 15, 2021, at approximately 9:15 p.m., State Police received a report of an erratic vehicle traveling northbound on I-87 in the town of New Baltimore.  Troopers located and stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation.  During the course of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Maggie R. Deperna, 36, of Mahopac, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  She was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .27%.  She was charged with the Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.

Deperna was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of New Baltimore Court on June 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
