East Fishkill, New York – On April 29, 2021, the New York State Police arrested Justin A. Castillo, age 19, of Bronx, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree with intent to sell, both class B felonies.

At approximately 8:50 p.m., Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a 2012 Jeep Cherokee for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill.  Investigation discovered Justin Castillo possessed approximately 55 grams of crack-cocaine.

Justin Castillo was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Romig of the town of East Fishkill Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear before the court on May 5, 2021, at 9:00 p.m.
