PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police in Kingston arrested a 30 year old Brooklyn man for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the First Degree and Scheme to Defraud in the Second Degree.

The arrest of Moses Ferdinand stems from an incident that occurred at the Target store in the Town of Ulster on February 3rd, 2015, in which he used forged $100.00 American Express Traveler’s Checks to make purchases.

Ferdinand was arrested in Brooklyn and transported to Ulster County where he was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail $200,000 bond.
