Patterson, New York – On December 11, 2020, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested James Buser, age 46, of Southeast, NY for Strangulation in the 2^nd degree, a class D felony, and Criminal Mischief in the 4^th degree, a class A misdemeanor.

On December 10, 2020, an August 2020 domestic incident was reported to the State Police.  Investigation revealed there were several past domestic incidents in which Buser choked the victim in 2019 and broke the victim’s television in 2020.

Buser was arraigned before the town of Patterson Court and released on his own recognizance.
