| Audrey Salisbury, 89, a resident of Pawling, NY for 15 years, passed away at her home Saturday, December 5, 2020.
Born in Queens on February 8, 1931, she was the daughter of James and Frances (Borakowska) Meredith. She graduated from the former Finch College in Manhattan and went on to become a journalist for Ladies Home Journal in NYC.
She married Anthony Salisbury in New York City in 1955; he predeceased her in 2005.
Audrey loved painting and cooking and was an avid traveler, having visited China, Egypt, Greece, and Russa, just to mention a few, and was a member of the Pawling Historical Society and the Shakespeare Club.
She is survived by her son Philip Salisbury of Beacon, NY and grandson Harrison Salisbury; her daughter Nancy Salisbury of Powell Butte, OR; and her sister Lynn Dean Gray.
