Rhinebeck Man Killed in Bicycle Crash

he Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation into a fatal bicycle crash which occurred in the Town of Rhinebeck, Hamlet of Rhinecliff, during the early morning hours of 8/25/20.

At approximately 6:40 am on 8/25/20 Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Rhinecliff Road near River Road for a report of male found on the side of the roadway. At that time Harry C. Haskins IV, age 61 of Rhinebeck, was located deceased with apparent head, neck, and chest injuries.
