BOCES Schedules Online Meetings on Reopening Schools
Families Invited to Bring Questions
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Dutchess BOCES will be hosting three virtual town hall meetings for the BOCES community regarding reopening schools.
The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 19 and at 8 am and 6 pm on Thursday, August 20. The meetings will cover identical topics, but are offered at different times for the convenience of families.
The links to the meetings will be available on the website, www.dcboces.org. Participants will be able to ask questions during the meetings. Questions may also be submitted in advance by emailing them to COVIDquestions@dcboces.org.
The Dutchess BOCES Reopening Plan has been posted on the website since July 21. It defines clear guidance for the reopening of schools and aligns with the regulations developed in collaboration with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
