A Philmont man is facing child pornography charges
The Columbia County Sheriff says Floyd Dallas III, 60, sent a sexually explicit image of a child to an undercover officer.
Dallas was sent to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of bail.
Investigators say more charges are possible.
