On April 2, 2015, New Lebanon Troopers arrested Michael S. Harris, 39 years old of Bronx, NY for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Harris was arrested following a traffic stop on ST-295 in the Town of Chatham for multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. Harris was processed at SP New Lebanon and posted $1200.00 bail to appear in the Town of Chatham Court on April 22, 2015 at 4:00 PM.
