Dover man charged with criminal mischief

Dover, New York – On April 10, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrest Stephen C. Franco, II, 24 years old, of Dover, New York, for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On April 10, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to a reported criminal mischief complaint at a Dover Plains residence. The homeowner reported that Franco punched and cracked a window at her home following a verbal dispute. Franco had left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.
Franco was located and placed under arrest at approximately 6:35 p.m. He was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
