Ballston Spa man arrested for DWI following traffic stop

Fishkill, New York – On April 11, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger Barracks arrested Daniel B. Rivera, 27 years old, of Ballston Spa, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped a Dodge Caravan traveling on State Route 9D that was unable to maintain its lane of travel. Rivera, the driver of the vehicle, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Rivera supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Fishkill Court on April 15, 2015.
