State Police Wurtsboro Arrest Middletown Man for Felony DWI

PRESS RELEASE

On Thursday April 9th, 2015 Wurtsboro Troopers investigation into a disabled vehicle lead to Felony Driving While Intoxicated charges for a Middletown man.

Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a Sullivan County 911 call for a disabled vehicle that had possibly gone off Mountain Rd. in the Town of Mamakating. Upon arrival to the location Troopers where advised by fire department members that the vehicle and operator had already left the scene. Troopers investigated matter and located the vehicle and its operator Allan Mclean, of Middletown, at an address in Bloomingburg. After interviewing Mclean, Troopers determined that he was driving intoxicated and arrested him. Mclean was transported to SP Wurtsboro and processed for Felony Driving While Intoxicated. Mclean was arraigned in Town of Mamakting Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail.
