NYSP Make 3 DWI Arrests During DWI Detail in Westchester County

On April 10, 2015 the New York State Police conducted a DWI saturation detail in Westchester County. The following DWI arrests were made during the detail.
Anton Guitano, age 54, from Somers, NY was arrested for DWI in the T/North Salem. Guitano was processed at SP Somers where he submitted to a breath test that indicated he had a .08% BAC. Guitano was issued traffic tickets and has to appear in the T/North Salem Court on 04/20/15 at 6:30 PM. Guitano was released to family members.
Jorge L. Panama, age 53, from Port Chester, NY was arrested for DWI in the T/North Castle. Panama was processed at SP Somers where he refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his BAC. Panama was issued traffic tickets and has to appear in the T/North Castle court on 4/21/15 at 7 PM. Panama was released to a friend.
Marie C. Coleman, age 29, from Larchmont, NY was arrested for Felony DWI in the T/Bedford. Coleman was processed at SP Somers where she submitted to a breath test that indicated she had a .10% BAC. Coleman was charged with a Felony DWI since she has a previous DWI conviction from 2010. Coleman has to appear in the T/Bedford Court on 04/23/15 at 7 PM. Coleman was released to a friend.
In addition to the three DWI arrests, 27 traffic tickets were issued during the detail for the following violations:
9 – speeding violations
18 – other traffic offenses
