Livingston Manor man arrested for Burglary 3rd Degree

On April 1, 2019, State Police Liberty reports the arrest of Ryan A. Yeneic, age 23 of Livingston Manor for Robbery 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

On May 26, 2018, at approximately 10:00 pm, troopers responded to the report of a robbery at the Sunoco County Store, 50 Main Street, Livingston Manor, NY.  Upon arrival, Troopers interviewed the victim who was working as the store cashier at the time of the robbery. The victim stated that she was in the cooler re-stocking beverages and that when she exited the cooler, a male subject a with a face covering confronted her and demanded money. The clerk complied with the orders and the suspect then fled out of the main door and towards Main St and River St. There were no other customers in the store at the time of the robbery. The suspect left with an undetermined amount of U.S. Currency from the cash register.

The arrest was made as the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by New York State Police in Liberty.

Yeneic was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court by T/Justice Richard Dane. Bail was set at $30,000 cash/bond. YENEIC is being held in the Sullivan County Jail pending a court appearance on April 4, 2019, at 3:00 pm.
