This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Dutchess County and
northwestern Connecticut.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A storm will impact the region Tuesday into Wednesday bringing snow, sleet and freezing rain to the area. When confidence on precipitation types become more confidence appropriate winter weather headlines will be issued

Another storm system may bring widespread moderate to heavy rainfall and mild temperatures to the region for Friday through Saturday. Should this occur, the potential for river rises, as well as renewed movement of ice and subsequent ice jam flooding would exist, and trends will need to be watched closely through
the week.
