Chatham man arrested for forcible touching

PRESS RELEASE
Chatham, New York – On December 18, 2018, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Luis Alexander Aspuac, age 32, of Chatham, for Forcible Touching, a class A misdemeanor.

On December 14, 2018, Investigators received a complaint of a possible sex crime.  An investigation found Aspuac forcibly touched an employee under his supervision.

Aspuac was arraigned before the village of Chatham Court, and released on his own recognizance.  An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim, and granted by the magistrate.  Aspuac is next scheduled to appear before the Court on January 9, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.
