William Joseph Torgersen, 58, a 40-year resident of the Pawling area, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018, at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY.
Born in St. James, Long Island, NY on November 8. 1960, he was the youngest son of the late Gerard J. and Ellen (O’Brien) Torgersen.
Bill is survived by his three daughters; three grandchildren; and two nephews. In addition to his father and mother, he is predeceased by his two brothers, Charles “Chuck” and Eric Torgersen.
