Lagrange, New York – On November 21, 2018, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), SP Wappinger Bureau of Investigation and Uniform Troopers, and the NYSP Special Operations Response Team arrested Brandon Bound, age 20, an eighteen-year-old, and a seventeen-year-old, for Criminal Possession in the 3rddegree with intent to sell, a class B felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree, a class C felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony.  The eighteen-year-old was additionally arrested for Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D felony, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and Resisting arrest both class A misdemeanors.

New York State Police CNET and SP Wappinger with the assistance of SORT executed a search warrant of a residence on Titusville Road in the town of Lagrange on Today’s date.  An investigation found Bound, the eighteen-year-old, and the seventeen-year-old possessed approximately 7.7 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, approximately 50 Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) tabs, Xanax pills, 32.9 grams of marihuana, and drug paraphernalia associated with the sale of illicit substances.

All three subjects were arraigned before the town of Lagrange Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail.  Bound and the seventeen-year-old were remanded in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.  The eighteen-year-old was remanded in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
