Millbrook man arrested for taking recorded images up the dresses of victims

PRESS RELEASE

Millbrook, New York, On November 9, 2018, the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Donald P. Fegan, age 73, of Millbrook, for five counts of Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd degree, a class E felony.

An investigation found Fegan utilized his cellular device to take illicit images, and video recordings of women wearing dresses or skirts.  It is believed at this time there may be more victims.

Fegan was arraigned before the town of Union Vale Court and released to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.  Fegan is next scheduled to appear before the town of Washington Court on November 27, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.
