State Police remove twenty-four impaired motorists from the roadway

On November 9, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Brian Olmstead, age 58, of Highland, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Lloyd when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Ronald Deflora, age 58, of Levittown, NY for DWAI-Drugs. He was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Mariah Velez, age 28, of Highland, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Lloyd when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Deborah Rushing, age 63, of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Upper Road in the town of Mamakating when she was involved in a single car vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Hamptonburgh arrested Chianti Black, age 39, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of New Windsor when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Rafael Rivera, age 28, of Stony Point, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Thomas Ortale, age 60, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Dogwood Hills Road in the town of Newburgh when he was involved in a single motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Kenneth Hurst, age 51, of Hudson, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the village of Catskill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Adriel Farr, age 26, of New Paltz, NY for DWI. She was traveling on St James Street in the city of Kingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 10, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Daniella Fermanian-Constant, age 24, of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Wisner Avenue the city of Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Grove Street the city of Middletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Josafat Torijano Benitez, age 50, of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Monroe arrested Jonelle Mann age 21, of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on West Street the town of Warwick when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Florida arrested Kathleen Jameson, age 32, of Monroe, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Hillside Terrace in the village of Monroe when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Sarah Foster, age 33, of Brooklyn, NY for DWI. She was traveling on County Route 10 in the town of Windham when she was involved in a single car vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Lindsey Miller, age 24, of Loudonville, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Main Street in the village of Catskill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Daniel Marcotte, age 47, of Farmingdale, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Cairo when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Cesar Fuentes-Martinez, age 29, of Liberty, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Mamakating when he struck a marked state police vehicle. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested. There were no injuries as a result of the crash.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested Sara Stafford, age 18, of Cotteville, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Queens Highway in the town of Rochester when she was involved in a single car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Scott Barnes, age 26, of High Falls, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Broadway in the city of Kingston when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Michael Lopez, age 50, of Fleischmanns, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 28 in the town of Shandaken when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Winford Toler, age 68, of Hancock, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 97 in the town of Freemont when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 11, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Julio Rivera, age 27, of Roscoe, NY for DWAI-Drugs. He was traveling on Karmel and Jacobs Road in the town of Fallsburg when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested. Rivera was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (misdemeanor) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st Degree (felony).
On November 11, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Ralph Downs, age 34, of Woodridge, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Resorts World Drive in the town of Thompson when he was involved in a single car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
