Kinderhook Man Arrested for Stalking and Aggravated Harassment

On November 2, 2018, the New York State Police at Kinderhook and the Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation executed a search warrant on Birch Rd. in the Town of Kinderhook.

State Police arrested Christopher Sidoti, 39 of Kinderhook NY and charged him with 3 counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd, 1 count of Stalking 3rd, and 1 count of Resisting Arrest, all Class A Misdemeanors.  Sidoti was arraigned in the Village of Kinderhook Court by Judge David Dellehunt and released on his on recognizances.  He is due back in court on November 20, 2018.

In March of 2018 State Police commenced an investigation into numerous reports of harassing and unwanted phone calls of sexual nature.  The lengthy investigation led State Police to obtain a Columbia County Court search warrant for the residence of Christopher Sidoti.
