Dutchess County Commission on Human Rights
to Hold Listening Session on Sunday, October 28th in Amenia

Poughkeepsie… The Dutchess County Commission on Human Rights will hold a Listening Session on Sunday, October 28th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Congregation Beth David, 3344 East Main Street in Amenia. All are welcome to attend and participate. The listening sessions are opportunities for community members to meet with members of the Commission on Human Rights and discuss the issues that concern them most in their community. The Listening Sessions are part of a series of initiatives the Commission on Human Rights has launched as part of its stated mission of “Defending Human Rights, Building Bridges, and Embracing Diversity.”

These sessions bring together people from different backgrounds and sectors to share their views with members of the Commission on Human Rights on topics such as housing, transportation, and other topics that people are thinking about in their community.
