State Police remove twenty-nine impaired motorists from the road

On September 21, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Tasha Purdy, age 27, of Walden, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Cairo when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 21, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested Jerzy Miskiewicz, age 61, of Ellenville, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 52 the town of Wawarsing when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 21, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested Donald Heil, age 21, of Kerhonkson, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 21, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested George Punkosdy, age 42, of Edgewater, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Orangetown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 21, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Shinu Joseph, age 44, of Bloomingdale, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Stony Point when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
